I made an appointment a week in advance, afterward I forgot. They informed me the day before my appointment. Next day, they come to my house on time, and they will tell me the problem of the aircond then quote to me. After the repair, there is no extra charge. I rarely give reviews, this company is really good. My Aircon has been leaking water, I have tried many companies to check and can’t solve my problem, and it’s expensive. Afterwards I got Coolest recommended by my friend, and after going through their technicians and careful inspectors, they repaired it quickly. They are very dedicated, honest and caring. My Aircon is working normally again.
